On February 2, 2008, we married.

On February 4, we took off for the north island of New Zealand, where we had a wonderful honeymoon

 

Leaving Russell and the Bay of Islands, we passed through Devonport and Auckland on the way to the Bay of Plenty.

We visited several small towns, before deciding to stop for the night in Maketu. It didn't look like much, but we had an incredible meal right on the foreshore, watching another stunning sunset.
